File Upload / Identify Foreclosure Properties

Use this file upload program to quickly identify pre-foreclosure properties in your local file or list. Pre-foreclosures have an "active" foreclosure status and have not yet been sold at the County's Public Trustee auction.

Select your *.csv or .xls file:

File Requirements:

  • Your file must be in CSV (Comma Delimited) or XLS (Excel 97-2003 Workbook) file format.
  • Your file must be less than 1 MB in size.
  • Your file must be less than 1,000 rows.
  • Row 1 will be ignored and should contain column headers.
  • Column 1 must contain the current owner's last name (only).
  • Column 3 must contain the street address (please exclude city, state and zip).

Additional Comments:

  • Your processed file will be returned in CSV file format.
  • Year No., Case No., Filing Date, Foreclosure Status, Scheduled Sale Date, Owner Name, Address, and Unit No. will be appended to the property records to assist you with identifying the foreclosure record (NED).
