The classes I attended last week were first class. The materials were comprehensive and easy to follow. The flow of class was consistent and how you explain a very complicated process was spot on. I appreciate the dedication you have to inform and educate the "public" regarding foreclosure sales and processes.

I found the class to be very informative. Aaron has a wonderful product in and does a great job teaching about the website. As a realtor and investor, I plan to use this information to help identify those homeowners who would benefit from early intervention to prevent a short sale or worse, foreclosure. Aaron is very knowledgeable about investing and an enthusiastic presenter. Even if you are not very computer literate, you would come away from his class with a basic understanding of the website and how to go about obtaining the information you need to make an informed decision as to a purchase or, as a realtor, prospective clients.

I wanted to provide an unsolicited plug for RENAV, for both the course and service. Last week, I attended the class Finding Deals Before, at, and After the Foreclosure Auction and stayed for the subsequent RENAV online demonstration. Initially, I was drawn to the course in an effort to further assist one of my investor buyers that purchases homes at the public trustee auctions. I have been helping this investor analyze auction properties to purchase, with the incentive of receiving the listing if they successfully win the bidding. This process would monopolize several hours of my Wednesdays each week. With, my time involvement will decrease exponentially to less than one hour since all of the information is aggregated into one simple to use site (starting bid price, property records, deed information, comp tool, street view of home, etc.)

Throughout the demonstration, it was apparent that the service can be used for a multitude of other purposes for agents. Such as, finding additional comps not listed in MLS, identifying potential short sale clients, direct mailing campaigns, locating possible deals for your buyers that are not in MLS and so forth.

I would recommend both courses, but if you have an opportunity to attend the RENAV Demonstration course, it should prove worthwhile.

I thought you guys did a great job. I learned a lot, and you & Mike obviously have a lot of experience in this area. There are a lot of people out there trying to make a buck out of real estate investors rather than the market, which I'm opposed to unless, as you say, the primary goal is to help investors make money. In other words I'm happy to pay for good services and good education so long as its not gauging which there is a tendency to do in this industry.

If you want to make money from the foreclosure process, then the RENAV comprehensive course can be your best guide. They made each step of the process understandable, and provide tools to screen the good from the bad and ugly. The due diligence checklist is very helpful, and their war stories bring reality to finding and buying a good deal.

The system is by far the most sophisticated program available in Colorado for getting real time data about anything to do with real estate foreclosures. It's easy to use the powerful search engine, and create a variety of robust, detailed reports on any and all properties that are in any phase of the foreclosure process. Plus, as part of its sophisticated database capabilities it includes a quick and easy to use valuation tool, useful for finding comps -- it's a CMA generator. I use it daily.

As a Realtor / Investor, I use the tool daily for prospecting. Because of's capabilities, I'm changing my strategy to tap into the 80% of properties facing foreclosure that are NOT listed on MLS!!! I highly recommend to any real estate professional who has any interest in the field of distressed properties.

I use Renav to track properties, and recently had one did lead to a sale. I called my client as soon as the email popped up with the property being listed and I showed it immediately, put offer on it and got it before it was a multiple offer situation.

I really do enjoy using RENAV and I do not know what I would do with out it. RENAV provides up to date information on every property that has a NED filing. It is a great tool for prospecting and helping owners that are having a difficult time paying their mortgage. Plus, all the statistics provide great information for my clients.

Most recently I've used it with a buyer client that wants a specific neighborhood where there aren't many homes that come up for sale. We've been tracking the neighborhood homes that are in foreclosure through Renav and one just went to sale at auction about a week ago. It hasn't hit the market yet, but I have already been in touch with the listing agent so we can get to it as soon as it's ready for sale.

I'm a full time investor, and I get deals from multiple sources, including public trustee auctions. Renav allows me to quickly (10 minutes or less) figure out if there's anything worth bidding on each week in every county I watch. When it's all said and done, I probably only buy 2 or 3 deals from auction a year, but renav enables that to happen with a very minimal time investment from me, and gives me a very high dollar per hour pay rate on those 2 or 3 deals.

We use RENAV to track properties that we have had interest in either on MLS or just properties we have seen and entered in the system for tracking. I enjoy the daily report of what has sold, become active, U/C etc. It is a huge help for me to nail down proper ARVs, which is very important to being competitive and profitable. For instance, if I see a property come through that is for sale or sold (after fixup) that I was maybe interested in before, maybe a wholesaler had it, etc. I will compare the numbers with my estimates from before and make adjustments accordingly. It keeps us sharp when locking down ARVs in an ever changing environment.

I use Renav to validate comps, challenge bad short sale appraisals, and to provide my buyers with purchase information not found in the MLS, and as a cross-check against the RPR, and valucheck, among other tools. I look for points of convergence, when there is a question of value, and Renav provides this and information about properties that could create a problem in valuation for an investor or retail client. As I learn more tricks with Renav, I get ever more precise data, which banks receive on my short sale, and which makes it easier to convert appointments to listings, or buyer clients.

It is also ideal for finding properties to list in order to help people get out of a tight spot and avoid foreclosure and keep the equity in their homes.

There is an amazing amount of priceless information to be gleaned from the system and it is really quite amazing how much time it will save anyone interested in pulling together all the information necessary to work intelligently in this area of real estate.

While the website is really quite intuitive and easy to use, offers multiple convenient options for training on it and the foreclosure process which can be a bit intimidating to the novice investor. Aaron Lebovic has an incredible knowledge of this process and shares it all in his full day class on using the website to search for and purchase or list homes at different points in the foreclosure process.

This is a must for the serious investor and I can't imagine being int he game without this tool or the Renav team on my side!

Have taken two classes-one free & one paid and signed-up for their on-line service. Both classes very high quality content taught by very personable fellow, Aaron, Class content in-depth and thorough; will be very useful to an investor new to distressed property transactions. Good place to network. Even without siging up for the service (fee) info would be useful to anyone dealing in distressed property. Only critisism is that question time is limited and it is best if you know some real-estate lingo prior to class.
